Staff regularly receive questions from the people from various municipalities regarding ethical, approved, and inspected kennels where they can purchase and/or board dogs. The information would be listed on the Township's Animal Services webpage.
Current Kennel Application Fees are listed in the Township's Fees and Charges By-law, under "Corporate Services Fees." The current year's Fees and Charges By-law can be accessed via the By-laws page.
Note: Applicants are not to mail or deliver this completed application form and accompanying fee to the Township until their kennel has been inspected by Enforcement Services staff and found to be in compliance with the Animal Control By-law.
Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, c. 25, and will be used to determine compliance with the provisions of the Township's Licensing By-Law. This information may be forwarded to various Township Departments and the Region of Waterloo for comment.
